Information you provide

Forms may collect your name, email, phone number, message, job application details, incident or grievance details, membership information, or donation notes. Newsletter signup collects your email address and optional first name. PayPal processes payment details; Friendship House does not receive or store your card number.

How we use and share it

We use information to respond to you, process memberships or donations, send Daily Recovery email when requested, review reports, maintain records, and keep the website working. We use service providers including Vercel, Resend, and PayPal for hosting, email, and payments. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and safety

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was submitted, operational records, and legal requirements. Access is limited to people who need it. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive records through website forms.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from Daily Recovery through the link in any email. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email management@202friendshiphouse.com or call 615-327-3909. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

Urgent help

Website forms are not monitored for emergencies. Call 911 for immediate danger or 988 for a mental health or suicide crisis.
